Top ten sectors for start ups are business services. Experian list the top ten sectors for micro businesses and guess what, DMC and Anytech do not feature in the list. The UK has seen a surge in micros and entrepreneurial start ups according to research by Experian but the growth sectors have been business, property and professional services.

Manchester is one of the top ten cities for entrepreneurs

The number of small business entrepreneurs in the UK has leapt by 117 per cent in the last five years, according to Experian, the global information services company and Manchester featured in the top ten city list with 5,872 an increase of 221%.The research confirms it is not the “Anytech” Sector or DMC, Digital Media Creative which provides the impetus to growth but business and property related services.
